These terms and conditions apply to all of our services, unless they were extended or amended by written agreement.

Quotations and price lists
Our quotations are limited in time pursuant to the statutory rules, unless otherwise noted. Our price lists are only valid for the current year unless otherwise agreed. If there are any changes for which we cannot be held responsible (for instance fuel duty increases), we reserve the right to adjust the prices.

Reservation
Reservations must be made by phone, fax or email. The booking is only valid if reconfirmed by Massé und Partner Transports GmbH in writing.
The adoption and implementation of bookings may be subject to a review of credit or a prepayment.

Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation of an order the following fees will be charged:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before: no fee
Cancellation 24 – 2 hours before: 50%
Cancellation 2 hours before and no show: 100%

Payment terms
Accepted forms of payment are bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or cash.
Payment must be not later than 30 days from the invoice date.
We reserve the right to request for a different payment method.

Customs formalities
The clients are personally responsible for the carrying of travel documents (passport, valid identity card) and for compliance with customs requirements.

Liability
Massé und Partner Transports GmbH is not liable for delays caused by force of nature, traffic, breakdown, incorrect pickup or destination information, or any situation which is outside our control.

Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Samedan, Switzerland. Any disputes are solely subject to Swiss law.
